We ship all product from Japan.

We pack all orders carefully and deliver to you in the perfect condition.

You can choose Economy Shipping or Expedited Shipping when you check out.

• Depending on your country, you will see either Expedited (EMS) or Expedited (DHL) option when you are checking out. This dues to the COVID-19 restriction (some countries aren't accepting EMS imports right now).

 

Import Duties & Customs Fees

All international orders are shipped on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that any import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country’s customs authority are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

TOYGER has no control over customs charges, and we are unable to predict their amount, as they vary by country, product type, and order value.

Please be aware: If import duties are left unpaid, the carrier will be unable to complete delivery. The package will be held or returned to us at your expense. In the event of a return caused by unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund, as shipping costs (outbound and return) will exceed the order value.
